When a national industrial entity rolled out its new Integrated Management System (IMS), it knew success would require more than technology it needed its people fully aligned and ready. That’s where Transformation Pioneers stepped in.


We designed and executed a full-scale change management strategy tailored to support a smooth adoption of the IMS across sites in Muscat and Sohar. This included:

  • Targeted communication materials such as newsletters, posters, screensavers, videos, and banners.
  • A robust employee engagement campaign with townhalls, roadshows, and go-live ceremonies.
  • Regular surveys and pulse checks to monitor feedback and readiness.

We also conducted Change Effectiveness and Go-Live Readiness Assessments to validate progress and address any remaining barriers to adoption.
