  • Developing project charters and RFPs to launch key digital initiatives
  • Introducing a Digital Demand Management SOP to streamline prioritization and planning
  • Implementing risk frameworks and monitoring tools to ensure strategic alignment and accountability

To build internal capacity, we deployed our ASPIRE Change Management Methodology, conducted readiness assessments, and delivered structured training. Agile principles were embedded through Scrum training and Change Practitioner certification, equipping the ICT department to lead ongoing transformation efforts independently.
